The United Methodist Men host the annual mid-winter Chili Supper and Talent Show. The audience enjoys a wide array of performances after feasting on bowls of steaming-hot chili.

Traditionally the chili supper begins at 6:00 PM and is followed by the Talent Show 7:30 PM. Anyone in the church family is welcome to put an act together and perform in the Talent Show, no try-outs required. This is truly an all-volunteer event with volunteers doing everything from making the chili (and the sumptuous desserts that follow!) to cleaning up afterwards. Family tickets to the Chili Supper usually cost around $20.00, adults $7.00, and children under 12 $4.00. Children under 4 are free.

The Talent Show following the Chili Supper is free. You are certain to get your money's worth! And you're likely to experience some surprises. The money raised from this event is combined with other initiatives by UMM and is used to sponsor a Boy Scout Troop that meets at OSUMC, along with scholarship awards, and the Senior High Mission Trip.
