Work Days

Our Saviour's has 2 days each year where everyone can pitch in on the indoor and outdoor clean-up, fix-up work both at the church and at the parsonages. Tasks include washing windows, trimming trees and bushes, planting flowers, painting, polishing the brass letters on the church signs, and many other 'odd jobs' such as light electrical work or small carpentry.

The spring workday is usually a Saturday in late April or early May, from 8:00 to noon. The fall workday is usually in late September or early October.

Somehow it's always more fun to wash windows and do fix-up work for other people than it is at home, to say nothing of the camaraderie involved. Sponsored by the Trustees.
